Shipping

Please allow 5- 10 business days for your order to be shipped. Business days exclude holidays, weekends and days that we are closed (we will post any days that we are closed on our website). Embroidered items generally take up to 10 business days to ship. Occasionally, an order may take longer than 10 days to be shipped, if this occurs you will be notified by email.

Please remember, we can only ship to one address per order. If you have gifts going to more than one destination, please order separately.

Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping is USPS which generally takes 1-3 days. We also use UPS or Fedex, at our discretion for larger packages. UPS or Fedex ground may take up to 5 days. You will receive an email once your package has shipped.

Important: Please make sure that the Ship To address is correct to ensure prompt delivery.

Shipping Charges

• $49.99 or less = $5.95
• $50.00 - $75.00 =  $6.95 
• $75.01 - $100.00 = $7.95
• $100.01 and up = $8.95

Our rates are for shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and overseas will vary depending on location and weight. Please contact us for more information. Orders placed from these locations will not be processed until the extra shipping is paid for.

Local Orders: If you live in or near the Sugar Land, TX area and would like to avoid shipping charges by picking up your order, you may place your order through the website. We will refund the shipping charges when you pick up your order.

Policies and Disclaimers

Every Baby Bella item is hand made and unique. Therefore, no two items are the same. Slight variations in fabric and pattern may occur. Sample photos on this website attempt to portray each item in its truest color, but again slight variations may occur. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@shopbabybella.com.

Return Policy

Any non-personalized item may be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as item has not been used (including laundering). Unfortunately, no item that has been embroidered may be returned.

Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Baby Bella reserves the right to return to the customer any item that has visible usage. If returning an item, Baby Bella will refund you for the full price less the amount of the orginal shipping cost. You will be notified of your credit via email.

Exchanges

Baby Bella will happily exchange any item up to 30 days after the purchase date. No item that has been used or embroidered may be exchanged.

Return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer as well as shipping charges for the new item to be shipped.

Baby Bella accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our secure server.

Sales Tax

Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

We will happily include a personalized note with any order that is being gift-shipped. When checking out, there will be a place for you to write your note!
